Memory-Tech Corporation strives to protect personal information according to the following guidelines


1. Personal information
“Personal information” is any information that could be used to identify a particular person. Such information includes name, age, birth date, telephone number, e-mail address, address and occupation, either alone or in combination.


2. Basic principles
The following three principles guide us in its efforts to protect personal information.

1) Explicit statement of the purpose for which information is used, and prohibition of using personally identifiable data information for any other purpose

When we ask you for any personal information, we will clearly state the purpose for which we are requesting that information, and we will restrict our use of that information to within the bounds of the stated purpose. We will not provide/share any of your personal information with third parties except in the cases listed below;
-If you agree to it,
-If, in our judgment, the response to an inquiry from you is best provided by third parties,
-If we outsource work that requires the use of personal information to an external contractor with whom we have executed a non-disclosure agreement,
-When we provide necessary information to a financial institution,
-When we are ordered by law to provide personal information, or
-In outstanding circumstances not mentioned above.
3) Strict, appropriate management of personal information

We will provide strict, appropriate management of your personal information. We will provide strict security measures to prevent loss, misuse, or tampering with your personal information.


3. Inquiries regarding personal information
Please contact us if you would like to verify your own personal information. To prevent your personal information from being given to a third party, we will provide you with the personal information we have on file for you only after we have verified your identity. If you find a mistake in the information we have on file, you may request that we change it. To protect your personal information against tampering, we will not update or delete incorrect or outdated information until after we have verified your identity.


4. About “cookie”
To provide a better service for you who visit our website many times, we may implement the use of “cookie” technology. As long as you do not enter your personal information, we have no way of identifying you, and you remain anonymous. You may set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, or to reject acceptance of cookies completely.


5. Others
We will abide by laws relevant to the personal information you provide. We may modify this Privacy Policy without prior notice in an effort to provide improved protection of your personal information, or to comply with changes in the laws of Japan.
